1. SATURNINO69 SRL'S COMMERCIAL POLICY

1.1 Saturnino69 srl offers its own products for sale on the website saturninoeyewear.com and carries out e-commerce activities towards end users. Saturnino69 srl reserves the right not to accept and not to process purchase proposals that do not come from Consumer users and that do not comply with these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1.2 These General Terms and Conditions of Sale exclusively govern the offer, the submission, and the acceptance of the proposal to purchase the products available on the website between the users of the website itself and Saturnino69 srl.

2. HOW TO PURCHASE (ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS OF SALE, PRIVACY)

2.1 To proceed with the purchase of one or more products, the user must select them one at a time and add them to the "cart".

2.2 Once the selection of products is complete, the user will be able to view them all in their cart, which will also show the essential characteristics of the selected products and their respective prices.

3.2 The products offered for sale on saturninoeyewear.com are purchased by the user directly from Saturnino69 srl, which guarantees to have produced them in strict compliance with all applicable rules and laws, also guaranteeing the highest quality and reliability of the products themselves.

3.3 Saturnino69 srl does not guarantee that the images and colors of the products correspond exactly to the real ones, as they may appear modified depending on the type of monitor or internet browser used by the user; the actual dimensions and shapes of the products may differ from how they appear on your screen.

3.4 The prices of the products may be subject to updates; before submitting the order, the user is therefore invited to verify the exact amount of the final sale price.

3.5 Payment for the chosen product may be made by: Credit Card / PayPal. The website offers the highest guarantees regarding e-commerce. By choosing this payment method, the relevant form residing on a secure server is called up, in which the sensitive data relating to the credit card is requested. The Bank is responsible for channeling this data into the international Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Postepay circuits, and for returning the outcome of the transaction to the customer via email. 4. WARRANTIES

5. SHIPPING

Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. Orders placed during the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning. Delivery times are estimates provided to us by the courier. We recommend using the tracking service provided to obtain the precise delivery dates. Although precise delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed (due to the different taxation and customs laws of different countries), we are always available to receive feedback regarding the delivery performance of the courier used. Ownership of the products remains with Saturnino69 srl until verification of full payment for the purchased products. The risk of loss or damage to the products is borne by the Customer from the moment of delivery. Therefore, the Customer is responsible for the safekeeping of the products in their possession. The customer is required to promptly notify, and in any case within 48 hours of receiving the products, if the latter appear to have been damaged during transport. In these cases, the Customer must also keep the package, as it may be required in the event of a claim.

6. CUSTOMS

If the products ordered on saturninoeyewear.com are to be delivered abroad, the buyer may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable once the package reaches its destination. Any additional customs clearance costs are borne by the buyer; Saturnino69 srl cannot predict the amount of said costs, over which it has no control. 7. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Pursuant to art. 64 et seq. of the Consumer Code, the Consumer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without any penalty and without specifying the reason. To this end, the end customer may request the return and the consequent refund of a purchased product. The system is accessible by logging into your account and going to the "Order History" section, selecting "details" and following the instructions provided. In the event that the "Account" registration was not carried out during the ordering phase, you must use the form in the "Contacts" section, selecting the "Return Request" option.

When a customer completes a return request, they must indicate a valid order number. If the customer is logged in on the website, the orders they have placed are offered in a drop-down menu, and from these they can choose which order to associate the return request with. Upon completion of the form, an email containing the request will be sent. The return of any item is accepted without hesitation, provided it is in perfect condition and sealed, free of any type of wear, neither damaged nor scratched, refunding the full amount (except for packaging and shipping costs, as provided for by Italian law). Saturnino69 srl will in no case be liable for damage, theft, or loss of the items subject to return, until they have been returned. Every risk will therefore be borne exclusively by the Customer.

Saturnino69 srl is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return transit. Please note that shipping and packaging costs are non-refundable. Once the integrity of the returned product has been verified, Saturnino69 srl will refund the amount paid by the customer within and no later than 30 days from receipt of the returned product, by means of a refund to the credit card.
