This policy governs the return and refund procedures applicable to purchases made on this website, in accordance with the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and the subsequent amendments introduced by Legislative Decree No. 209 of December 31, 2025, published in the Official Gazette No. 5 of January 8, 2026, and effective for contracts entered into on or after June 19, 2026.
1. Right of Withdrawal – General Terms and Conditions
Pursuant to Articles 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 (Consumer Code), the customer has 14 days from the delivery of the last item to notify the company of their withdrawal, without having to provide any reason and without incurring any penalties.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the item must:
- be in the same condition as when it was received;
- not have been worn, used, or damaged;
- be complete with all original tags;
- be in its original packaging;
- be accompanied by the receipt or other proof of purchase.

2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal – Digital Function (Art. 54-bis of the Consumer Code)
In accordance with the new Art. 54-bis of the Consumer Code, introduced by Legislative Decree 209/2025, for contracts concluded via an online interface, a digital withdrawal function is available in the website footer, clearly identified by the words “Returns and Cancellations.”
This feature:
- is accessible at all times throughout the withdrawal period;
- is located in a visible and easily accessible position;
- allows the user to enter their name, contract/order details, and contact information for confirmation.
Once the declaration has been completed, the consumer submits it by clicking the “Confirm Withdrawal” button. The consumer will receive, without undue delay, a confirmation on a durable medium containing the text of the declaration, as well as the date and time of submission, as required by Article 54-bis, paragraphs 4–6, of the Consumer Code.
As an alternative to the digital form, the right of withdrawal may also be exercised:
- via email to info@saturninoeyewear.com;
- directly via the link: https://shopify.com/67995795693/account;
- using the standard withdrawal form set forth in Annex I, Part B, of the Consumer Code (available at the bottom of this page).
