We went to the presentation of the eyewear capsule collection Saturnino Eyewear in collaboration with the Blue of a Kind brand , a pioneer known for the creation of upcycled and sustainable denim garments. The capsule, entitled "Risonanze", (preceded by a proposal of clothing presented last February) is inspired by the points of contact between music, nature and the spirit of identity.
We had a chat with both Saturnino, musician and designer, and Fabrizio Consoli, founder and CEO of Blue of a Kind. Saturnino says: "With the team - I call it the dream team - of Blue of a Kind I have a true and lasting friendship. Then we said: "But why don't we do something together?". Glasses are a truly complicated accessory And so we started doing it this project which will be the first of two : one made of bioplastic, which will have a core of real recycled denim inside. And then the second will be entirely made with completely recycled materials and will still have a denim core that you won't see. You know it's there, but you can't see it."
